About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North East London NHS Foundation Trust as a Trustwide ADHD Coach. Based at the Jane Atkinson Centre, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with ADHD by providing tailored coaching and support. You will work collaboratively with service users and colleagues to promote neurodiversity-affirming practices and contribute to the development of services that prioritise wellbeing and co-production. Your work will have a lasting impact on the lives of those you support, helping them to achieve their goals and navigate challenges.

Key responsibilities include providing one-to-one coaching focused on empowerment and practical strategies for daily life, delivering group sessions to promote peer support and shared learning, and collaborating with colleagues and service users to co-design and develop innovative service improvements.

Experience
Proven ability to promote neurodiversity-affirming practices in professional settings. Experience acting as a positive role model, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and resilience. Strong skills in facilitating group work and fostering collaborative environments.

Empathetic and resilient with a passion for empowering individuals with ADHD. Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with service users. Committed to promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and co-production in service delivery.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or experience in coaching, mental health, or related fields are desirable. A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to Trust values is essential.
