About the Role
As a Unit Manager at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of care within a specific part of the home, ensuring resident dignity and well-being are always prioritised. You will also manage the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager. Your duties will include overseeing daily care activities, supporting residents with mobility or health needs, administering medication, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Experience
Proven leadership skills within a care home setting for vulnerable adults are essential.

You communicate with kindness and consideration, always prioritising resident dignity and well-being. You understand safeguarding responsibilities, can recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, and know how to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately. Commitment to attending safeguarding and related training is required.
