About the Role
We are seeking a qualified RICS Registered Valuer to join our successful Residential Advisory team. This role offers the potential to progress within a well-established team providing valuation and advisory services to a range of primarily established landlord clients including Great Estates, Funds, Charities and Local Authorities. The property portfolios managed cover prime central and greater London areas. The role is varied and includes Red Book valuations (e.g. for tax purposes), portfolio valuations, valuation and negotiation of claims under the Leasehold Reform Act, Landlord and Tenant matters including rent registrations under the Rent Act 1977, and asset management.

Key responsibilities include preparing detailed and concise valuation reports, confidently discussing and explaining report findings to clients, managing multiple client instructions simultaneously, and applying a detailed understanding of comparable, investment and residual valuation methods. A strong knowledge of the central London residential property market is essential. The role also involves internal networking to introduce other service lines to existing clients and their customers, attending external events, and utilising your professional network to generate new business for the team and company.

Experience
- Qualified MRICS level
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Proven experience preparing valuations using various bespoke valuation systems
- Strong understanding of the central London residential property market

Qualifications
- MRICS qualification and RICS registration are essential
