On-target earnings up to £44,700, comprising a base salary of £33,000 - £38,000 plus an uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £6,700 per year.

About the Role
Here at Halfords, we’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our team. If you’re an experienced mechanic with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience and keeping vehicles safe on the road, we want to hear from you. As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you’ll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work. From advanced diagnostics and repairs to routine services, you’ll ensure every job is done to the highest standard.

Experience
Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience). Valid MOT Testing Licence.

About you
Must have a full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of vehicle safety. Motivated to develop your career within a growing business.

Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent. Valid MOT Testing Licence required.
