About the Role
Join a fast-growing beauty brand in West London as a Video Editor / Producer and take ownership of video content across paid social, organic channels, and brand campaigns. You will create platform-first content tailored for Meta and TikTok, producing a variety of videos from UGC-style ads to launch campaign videos. With a strong focus on performance marketing, your creative output will directly influence engagement, conversions, and revenue. This role offers creative freedom to test ideas and drive results within a collaborative team that values great creative work.

Experience
- Strong portfolio of social-first video content, especially for Meta and TikTok
- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Cloud
- Experience creating UGC and platform-native content
- Familiarity with AI tools such as HeyGen or ArcAds (desirable)
- Ability to use performance data to optimise creative output
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or retail industries with a genuine passion for the sector

Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Passionate about beauty and skincare with a proactive approach to creative problem solving and delivering impactful video content.
