Handle client inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail. Ensuring all enquiries are resolved satisfactorily. Set up and arrange event spaces according to client specifications, ensuring all tables, chairs, linens, and tableware are impeccably presented. Efficiently serve food and beverages during meetings, conferences, and corporate events, adhering to established service standards. Monitor food and beverage supplies throughout the event, replenishing items as necessary to ensure a seamless experience for guests. Collaborate with kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining the flow of service. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the breakdown and cleaning of event spaces post-event. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of clients, guests, and staff.
