Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential.

About you
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Keen attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work legally in the United Kingdom. Willingness to adhere to grooming standards and wear a company uniform. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, or willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and prioritise duties efficiently in a busy environment. Enthusiasm for food and beverage service and willingness to expand product knowledge. Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during peak service times.

No formal qualifications are required, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
