Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guests and clearing throughout the event.
- Ensuring clean furniture, dining tables, and chairs are available for guests, with presentation at the forefront of everything you do.
- Preparing all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guests in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner.
- Working without supervision and taking initiative over duties and tasks.
- Serving guests with the highest level of customer service with maximum speed, efficiency, and always with a smile.
- Working on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages.
- Using coffee machines as required.
- Assisting with ordering and deliveries as needed.
- Preparing all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available and reporting any shortages to your line manager.
- Ensuring any hired linen and equipment for an event is counted and packed away for collection after the event.
- Leaving hospitality rooms clean and tidy.
- Providing a 5* fine dining experience to our guests from general hospitality to fine dining events.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience working as a hospitality assistant, especially in the food service industry.
