About the Role
We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — founders of Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London. Sam works on the floor most days, leading by example because we believe in leading from the front. Our team members aren't just employees; they're part of our family. We're a small, close-knit group who only work with the right people and invest properly in them.

We are looking for front of house staff—waiters, waitresses, and bar staff—who love hospitality and take pride in looking after people. Whether you are highly experienced and ready for a new home, or earlier in your career with the right attitude and genuine passion for the industry, we want to hear from you.

What we can't teach is warmth, work ethic, and genuine pride in the job. If you have those qualities, we can build the rest together.

Experience
Experience in hospitality is valued but not essential. What matters most is your warmth, work ethic, and genuine pride in the job.
