Arcus FM are looking for a Night Shift Water Leak Technician, on a permanent basis, to carry out water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment in all clients stores around South London! Salary: £27,857 per annum Night shift allowance: £3,595 per annum Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays You will be responsible for carrying out work to clear all condensate drains, repair broken pipework, put a fall onto the required pipework, use the puricators to clean and protect the internal pipework and inserting pipe couplings for easy pipe access. Pump trays will need to be maintained and cleaned, with parts replaced as required. You'll ensure that jobs are completed within SLA, all relevant KPI's are met and that all Arcus health & Safety procedures are complied with at all times. You'll also comply and adhere to all clients site requirements whilst working at a store, including following the correct signing in and out procedures in the store and adhering to the permit to work process. You'll need to keep track of aged work orders and ensure that they are prioritised for completion.
