As a Wellness Manager, you will be an experienced and strategic wellbeing professional combining strong leadership skills with excellent stakeholder management and a passion for employee wellbeing. You will confidently manage complex programmes, use data to drive decisions, and build effective relationships across a diverse range of internal and external partners to help build a healthier nation.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering a comprehensive wellbeing strategy covering mental health, physical health and family wellbeing programmes; leading and continuously improving employee wellbeing initiatives to ensure they remain innovative, evidence-based and aligned to business needs; managing relationships with external wellbeing providers while monitoring performance, compliance and contractual obligations; partnering with senior stakeholders to promote a positive wellbeing culture and increase engagement; analysing wellbeing data, market trends and benchmarking insights to inform programme development and demonstrate impact; and leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team to support the successful delivery of key wellbeing projects and services.

Experience
Proven experience as a strategic wellbeing professional with strong leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management. Experience managing complex wellbeing programmes and working with diverse internal and external partners.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or professional experience in wellbeing, health promotion, or related fields are desirable but not explicitly stated. A commitment to continuous learning and development in the wellbeing sector is essential.
