About the Role
Reporting to the Wholesale Account Manager, you will support the Head of Department and Wholesale Account Manager in managing the sales process for wholesaler customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting in all aspects of the smooth running of wholesale partnerships, supporting the creation of line sheets tailored per order and per customer, checking and entering orders into the company system, and confirming delivery windows with Production while following up on any delays with the Manager. You will highlight order changes and communicate these changes to customers before orders are confirmed. Additionally, you will manage wholesale samples, analyse sell-through reports, review customer sites and provide critiques, and support the Manager in preparing for wholesale meetings. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to liaise effectively across departments to ensure seamless wholesale operations.

Experience
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a wholesale environment. Previous experience working with wholesalers including Zalando, Urban Outfitters, and US department stores is highly desirable.

About you
Excellent Excel skills are essential. You should have a flexible work approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with all departments. Accuracy and great attention to detail are critical, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines. You are an excellent administrator and organiser with a keen problem-solving mindset.
