In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development and recipe innovation. You will also maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good working order.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar culinary role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
