We are recruiting for a Zone Security Lead to join us on a permanent basis. This role is zone based with a requirement to visit your nominated stores as and when required. Salary: Up to £43,750 per annum, depending on experience Car allowance £5,549 per annum 10% bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets. 25 days annual leave, polus bank holidays Generous contributory pension scheme of matched contributions between 5% and 6% max As our Zone Security Lead, you will support your designated zones with the day-to-day management of security, reviewing risks such as trends/patterns and ensuring support is provided where is necessary. You will have a thorough understanding of what is happening in your zones/stores, utilising your knowledge and expertise within security when you investigate and interpret data/stats by providing solutions to reoccurring patterns/trends. As live incidents occur within your zones you will need to be fast paced to deal with them, thinking outside box at times to find a resolution. You will proactively utilise the security dashboards to identify opportunities for change and continuous improvements. This role will enable you to make a 'real difference' using your caring and passionate personality you will be looking after the people in the stores from a security point of view. You will be working with a newly formed team of Zone Security Anaylst and your key stakeholders will be: National Security Manager, Regional Store Directors, Area Managers, Response Managers, and store colleagues. Additional information: This is a zone based role where you'll be covering London.
