About the Role
The successful post holder will be responsible for the orthoptic assessment, diagnosis and appropriate management of all patients in their care. As an independent practitioner, you will plan, implement and monitor orthoptic treatment and make re-referrals to specialist services when indicated. You will collaborate and actively participate in supporting observers, healthcare professionals and Orthoptic students attending clinical placements. Additionally, you will provide support to newly qualified Orthoptists. This role offers the opportunity to work within a leading eye hospital, contributing to high standards of patient care and professional development.
Experience
Proven experience in orthoptic assessment, diagnosis and treatment is essential. Experience in supporting students and newly qualified Orthoptists is desirable.

Qualifications
