We have an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity available, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance for one of our prestigious social housing partners. What You'll Be Doing: 🔵 Lawn cutting and hedge pruning using petrol-powered tools 🔵 Weeding and maintaining plant beds and borders 🔵 Shrub pruning and general upkeep 🔵 Litter picking and sweeping of outdoor spaces 🔵 Working in a team to deliver excellent outdoor maintenance services 🔵 Ongoing training and support throughout the apprenticeship From September 2025, you will attend college 1 day per week to study toward your Level 2 Horticulture qualification – perfect if you’re just starting out in the industry. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship Pay: £12.21 per hour Work Location: In person

What We're Looking For: 🟢 Hard-working and self-motivated individuals 🟢 Reliable and willing to work in all weather conditions 🟢 Good communication skills (verbal and written) 🟢 IT literate (comfortable using smartphones or tablets) 🟢 A strong customer-focused approach 🟢 A full UK manual driving licence is desirable, but not essential 🟢 Must be prepared to complete a DBS check (covered by us)
