About the Role
English National Ballet (ENB) is seeking a capable and engaged Artistic Administrator to support the Artistic Director and Ballet Futures team. You will help coordinate priorities, schedules, and workflows that underpin the Company’s artistic activity, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Artistic Team. Your responsibilities will include immersing yourself in the Artistic Team’s work to gain a thorough understanding of planning cycles, priorities, and workflows that bring the Company’s artistic programme to life. You will develop and maintain knowledge of the Artistic Director’s key workstreams, strategic objectives, and professional relationships, supporting the effective delivery of the Company’s artistic vision. Additionally, you will provide cover for the Executive Assistant in their absence and deliver a comprehensive, proactive, and anticipatory administrative service based on a strong understanding of priorities and excellent judgement. Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders and other departments is essential, as is providing a professional service when meeting and greeting guest creatives and visitors. You will also provide effective administrative support to the Ballet Futures team, contributing to the successful delivery of programme activities and events.
Experience
Demonstrated experience providing a first-rate administrative service to senior executives in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing complex diaries and supporting both internal and external client groups. Proven ability to exercise good judgement based on a thorough understanding of business priorities.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prepare and deliver accurate, high-quality written work that highlights relevant information. Ability to quickly assimilate large volumes of information, including names and relevant details, to support relationship building. Excellent listening skills and attention to detail, with the confidence to ask for additional information when required.
