As an Assessment Officer, you will be responsible for delivering effective, proactive, customer-focused collection services. You will work in line with national and corporate policies, procedures, and statutory legislation, understanding and responding to customer needs while presenting a positive and professional image. Responsibilities include assisting in the delivery and completion of income collection-related work and encouraging customers to utilize the Council’s website as a knowledge base and customer portal for financial, income, and debt inquiries.
Experience
Experience and a successful track record of providing income collection services, including recovery of income collection, changes in circumstance, and other inquiries within an income collection-related environment delivering high-quality services.
