About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Asset & Governance Manager to lead and continuously improve our Asset Management System (AMS), ensuring full compliance with ISO 55001 standards. This critical role delivers reliable, auditable, and best-practice asset management processes that enhance operational performance and resilience across our sites. You will act as the subject matter expert for asset management and critical environment standards, driving lifecycle planning, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, you will ensure asset data integrity, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and alignment with strategic objectives and sustainability goals. Key responsibilities include leading and maintaining the AMS, managing asset documentation and risk registers, coordinating audits, integrating asset management practices into CAFM systems such as Tririga, supporting lifecycle investment planning, and providing training on ISO 55001 principles. This role requires collaboration with client and ISS stakeholders to align asset management with broader organisational goals.

Experience
- Previous experience as an Asset Manager in corporate or critical environments
- Expertise in ISO 55001-compliant asset management systems
- Strong knowledge of CAFM platforms (e.g., Maximo, Tririga) and asset data governance
- Skilled in audit preparation, nonconformity management, and continuous improvement
- Experience in high-security financial or data centre settings
- Technical Facilities Management background with solid understanding of M&E systems
