As the Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the Council's housing portfolio and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Experience
- Proven experience in both residential and commercial asset management showcasing your ability to lead and deliver results.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to asset management, health, and safety.
