About the Role
The post holder will provide direct support to an allocated group of service users as delegated by the pathway lead or a more senior member of staff. Under supervision, they may take on a key worker role or specified elements of this role for a designated group of service users. The role involves working within the team to meet the needs of specific client groups and areas, with additional competencies required as necessary. The job holder will also be expected to carry out other duties assigned by the team that are appropriate to the grade. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to service user care within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Experience
Experience working with service users in a health or social care setting is desirable. The ability to work under supervision and take delegated responsibilities is essential.

You will be motivated, compassionate, and able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Good communication skills and a commitment to supporting service users are important. Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional duties as required are also essential.

Qualifications
