About the Role
As a Hard FM Supervisor, you will support the Trust Hard FM Manager in monitoring outsourced Hard FM services to ensure delivery against contractual requirements, KPIs, SLAs, and service standards. You will monitor contractor performance, manage outstanding actions, and address recurring service failures, escalating concerns where appropriate. Your role includes undertaking site inspections and quality assurance checks of contractor activities and completed works.

You will also support assurance that statutory maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and remedial activities are delivered in accordance with relevant requirements. This involves reviewing maintenance records, certification, and contractor evidence to support monitoring of statutory compliance. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring compliance with relevant legislation, Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs), Health Building Notes (HBNs), and Trust requirements, including audits and regulatory inspections.

This role is vital to maintaining the safety, compliance, and quality of the Trust’s facilities and services.

Experience
Proven experience in facilities management, particularly in Hard FM services, contract monitoring, and performance management. Experience in conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks is essential. Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements and maintenance standards within healthcare or similar environments is highly desirable.

You demonstrate a commitment to health and safety and compliance standards and have the ability to escalate issues appropriately. Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in facilities management, building services, or a related discipline are preferred. Knowledge of Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs), Health Building Notes (HBNs), and relevant legislation is advantageous. A full UK driving licence may be beneficial for site visits.
