About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join Team OB in our Chiswick store. You will work alongside your Store Manager to enhance sales and motivate your team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will bring enthusiasm, positivity, and joy to the store by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales.
As an OB Assistant Store Manager, you will analyse a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team, work with KPIs to evaluate performance and identify development areas, and lead by example by providing guidance to all team members to ensure personal and store objectives are met.
You will support the Store Manager with progress meetings and appraisals, carry out meetings where appropriate, and work with your team to develop and support their career progression. You will also follow company guidelines for all cash handling including till transactions and cashing up, ensure the team adheres to OB operational standards, and communicate in an approachable yet authoritative style consistent with the Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
