About the Role
Lead a specialist team dedicated to managing Awaab’s Law cases, delivering timely, compliant solutions and outstanding resident outcomes. You will lead and motivate a team of Awaab's Law Leads and Administrators, managing cases from identification through to resolution while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service. Collaborate closely with operational teams and contractors to coordinate investigations and remedial works. Use data and insight to improve performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure residents receive clear, empathetic communication throughout their journey. This is an exciting opportunity to shape Peabody’s response to Awaab's Law, drive service excellence, and support residents when they need it most.
Experience
- Proven people leadership skills with a track record of delivering high-performing services
- Experience in repairs or compliance case management, ideally within housing
- Skilled in supporting escalations, high-risk cases, and complaints, using feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
- Experience working with housing management systems and performance reporting
- Strong organisational skills and advanced Excel knowledge
