About the Role
Are you an experienced housing or property professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving performance? As our PRS Lettings & Voids Manager, you will lead the team responsible for letting and managing voids across our Private Rented Sector (PRS), Intermediate Market Rent (IMR) and Keyworker homes. You will ensure properties are let quickly, compliantly and to the highest standard. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team, improve customer experience, reduce void loss and contribute to the growth and success of Peabody's non-core housing portfolio.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing the PRS Lettings & Voids team to drive high performance and excellent customer service; overseeing the end-to-end lettings and voids process; monitoring performance, compliance and income targets using data and insight to drive continuous improvement; and building strong relationships with contractors, local authorities and internal stakeholders to support effective service delivery.

Experience
- Managing lettings, voids or housing services within a housing association, PRS provider or property organisation.
- Leading teams, managing performance and delivering against challenging targets.
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance requirements and housing management best practice.

About you
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive service improvement through data and insight.

Desirable
- Experience managing PRS, Intermediate Market Rent or Keyworker housing.
- Experience working in an Estate Agency.
- Property or Housing qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience using Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
