About the Role
Join Peabody as the Remediation Compliance Manager and play a key role in ensuring leaseholders, lenders and colleagues receive a compliant, efficient and high-quality service across Peabody's fire remediation programme. You will lead the operational delivery of Peabody's leaseholder Deed of Certificate (DoC) programme, landlord certificate production, and lender assurance function. Managing approximately 13,000 leaseholder accounts, you will maintain high standards of compliance, accuracy and customer service. Leading a team of seven, you will translate programme objectives into deliverable caseloads, oversee performance, manage risk and provide operational leadership across this business-critical function.

Key responsibilities include managing and developing a team of seven Remediation Compliance Engagement Managers and one Remediation Compliance Administrator, driving high performance and continuous improvement. You will translate programme plans into deliverable caseloads and ensure resources are effectively allocated to meet priorities and deadlines. You will oversee the quality, accuracy and timeliness of case management activities, leaseholder engagement and record keeping. Additionally, you will lead the day-to-day production of landlord certificates to support property sales and disposals across the organisation, manage lender assurance enquiries related to remortgaging, sales and staircasing, and ensure consistent, accurate and timely responses.

You will monitor operational performance, risks and service delivery, escalating issues where appropriate, and maintain accurate and auditable records to support governance, compliance, audit requirements and potential litigation. Collaboration with teams across Housing, Property, Legal and Fire Remediation will be essential to support programme objectives and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
