About the Role
Join Peabody's Fire Safety Team and play a key role in keeping our residents, visitors and buildings safe. As an experienced Fire Risk Assessor, you will deliver high-quality fire risk assessments across our residential portfolio. You will use your expertise to identify risks, provide practical recommendations and help drive improvements that keep our customers safe. Your responsibilities will include carrying out fire risk assessments across a range of residential properties, producing clear and accurate FRA reports with practical recommendations, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure risks are effectively managed, and supporting best practice and continuous improvement within the Fire Safety Team.

Experience
Proven experience carrying out fire risk assessments in residential properties.

About you
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain fire safety risks and recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Willingness to be visible within your region and attend the local office at least two days per week. A driving licence is useful but not essential as public transport is normally used.

Qualifications
NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification (or equivalent). A minimum Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessor qualification, accreditation or demonstrable competency.
