About the Role
Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a background in repairs, maintenance or housing? As a Voids Contract Manager, you will play a key role in managing contractor performance, driving value for money and ensuring empty homes are returned to use quickly and efficiently. You will work closely with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders across Peabody to oversee void works contracts, improve service performance and help deliver better outcomes for residents.
Your responsibilities will include managing voids contracts to ensure contractors deliver against KPIs, quality standards and value-for-money targets. You will monitor contractor performance, spend, risk and works in progress, driving improvements where required. Additionally, you will support procurement, contract governance, audits and compliance activities across the service. Using data, insight and customer feedback, you will help improve service performance and support more proactive property management.
Experience
Proven contract management experience within housing, repairs, maintenance, construction or a related environment. Strong commercial awareness including budget management, contractor performance and risk management.
About you
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to use data and performance information to drive service improvement and achieve better customer outcomes.
