About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Later Living Community Manager to join our West London team. This rewarding role involves supporting residents aged 55+ to live independently within a safe, welcoming, and thriving community. You will manage the day-to-day operations of a Later Living community, acting as the main point of contact for residents, resolving housing and maintenance issues, promoting wellbeing and community engagement, and ensuring high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering excellent housing management and customer service, supporting residents to maintain independence and access services, managing tenancy sign-ups and resident enquiries, monitoring repairs and estate services, identifying and responding to safeguarding and wellbeing concerns, building strong relationships with residents, contractors and local agencies, organising community activities to promote health and engagement, ensuring compliance with health, safety and fire safety requirements, and providing cover across other West London communities when required.
Experience
Proven experience in housing management, residential services, or supporting vulnerable adults.

Knowledgeable about health and safety, safeguarding, and risk management.
Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise good judgement.
Resilient, empathetic, and committed to creating positive outcomes for residents.
Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Qualifications
Enhanced DBS check required for this role.
Relevant qualifications or training in housing management or related fields would be advantageous but not essential.
