As part of our Service Charge team, you will help ensure residents, homeowners, and commercial customers receive a high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include supporting the preparation of service charge budgets and year-end accounts, responding to resident and colleague enquiries with clear and professional explanations, analysing financial data and identifying trends using Excel, building positive relationships with residents and colleagues, learning about leases, tenancy agreements and service charge legislation, and supporting projects across the service charge cycle.

Throughout the programme, you will be supported to build your knowledge and confidence while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship qualification.

Experience
No previous service charge experience is required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn.

Qualifications
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths (grade 9-5 or A-C) or equivalent experience demonstrating these competencies
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel capability, using formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP functions
