About the Role
The Band 4 RUQP Pathway Navigator role at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust offers an exciting opportunity to support patients through their care pathways. This position involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care. You will be responsible for coordinating and navigating patients through complex healthcare systems, providing guidance and support to improve patient outcomes. Experience
Relevant experience in healthcare navigation, patient coordination, or a similar role is desirable. Experience working within the NHS or a healthcare setting will be advantageous.
