About the Role
Bromley healthcare has recently redefined its values with a strong focus on the healthcare and well-being of both colleagues and patients. We offer support through initiatives such as an in-house physiotherapist and counselling service to promote staff well-being. Our 'belonging' value emphasizes building an inclusive community where diversity is celebrated and colleagues feel psychologically safe to bring their authentic selves to work. We strive to ensure everyone is listened to and has equal opportunity to flourish. Embracing continuous learning, quality improvement, and innovation is central to our service as we aspire to be the best we can be.
As a Band 6 Community Specialist Podiatrist, you will be a communicative team player with experience in wound care and diabetic foot management. You will be confident in treatment delivery, aware of service criteria, and understand your scope of practice, knowing when to seek help and escalate concerns to the Multi-Disciplinary Foot Team (MDFT). Liaising with nursing staff to arrange visits and forming treatment plans for internal and external departments will be key aspects of your role. You will support the service and colleagues both in clinic and during home visits, contributing to a flexible and innovative working environment.
