About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bank Maintenance Assistant passionate about making a difference. This cross-site role involves providing a comprehensive maintenance and repair service including basic joinery, plumbing, painting, and general building work. You will maintain plant, services, and vehicles in working order, comply with safe working practices, and report faulty equipment and potential hazards. The role requires travel between sites and occasional on-call duties for emergency repairs outside normal working hours. You will also be responsible for weekly checks of fire alarm points, fire exits, door retaining devices, and fire emergency lights.

Experience
Proven experience in all types of painting and decorating in both indoor and outdoor environments. Skilled at DIY and general maintenance tasks.

About you
Friendly, conscientious, and an excellent team member with a positive attitude. Able to communicate effectively at all levels and record detailed, accurate maintenance information. Willing to travel and hold a full valid driving licence.

Qualifications
Preferably Level 2 Diploma qualified in Painting & Decorating or Maintenance. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
