What you’ll do:
- Make specialty barista beverages to spec – a great way to show off your latte art skills or learn new ones
- Serve alcoholic beverages from our bar station during events (wine, cocktails, spirits)
- Provide training and development plans for all reporting bar assistants
- Deliver excellent customer service to our VIP customers
- Provide clear leadership and direction to the team (2 direct reports)
- Support the Event Manager to lead day-to-day services for our high-end client and deliver high-profile evening events (concerts, premieres, screenings)
- Deliver food products to our client as requested
- Assist in development of services provided, communicating all opportunities to develop business expansion back to the Senior Management Team
- Ensure all storage areas, utensils and equipment are regularly cleaned and meet the Company’s Health and Safety requirements

Experience
Previous experience in hospitality or bar supervision is preferred but not explicitly stated. Passion for the hospitality and food industry is essential.

- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have legal right to work
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
- Advanced English level and able to communicate effectively, crucial for customer service and team management
- Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a small team
