About the Role
Aramark UK is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join the team at Elthorne Park High School. This role involves serving food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation, and combinations in line with brand standards. You will perform basic cold food preparation and made-to-order services including hot sandwiches, take payments, keep financial records, restock goods, and maintain appropriate displays. The role also includes cleaning back of house areas, crockery, cutlery, counters, light equipment, and public areas. You will report any feedback, complaints, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards to your line manager and perform daily administrative tasks as assigned. Following food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements is essential. Full training will be provided. Experience
No previous experience required, but 1-2 years’ experience in a food service or retail environment is desirable.

Qualifications
Food hygiene certificate – Level 2 desirable; however, relevant training will be provided.
