About the Role
Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Barista to join our team at Accenture, London. We are looking for a keen coffee enthusiast to prepare specialty hot drinks and provide excellent customer service on the tills. You will work alongside a fantastic team supporting the day-to-day running of the unit. You will be responsible for making hot and cold drinks to specification, operating the till including processing cash and card transactions, upselling products and sizes, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional duties include general cleaning of the unit, serving pre-packaged and made-to-order food and cakes while following all Health and Safety procedures, and managing stock by stocking up, rotating, and ensuring correct dating throughout the day.

Experience
Previous Barista experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided on site.

About You
Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work. Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks. Enthusiastic, customer-focused and motivated to deliver excellent service.

No formal qualifications required for this role. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
