About the Role
At Town Bar, our vision is to create a welcoming space where guests can enjoy exceptionally-made drinks and wine in a laid-back, 'neighbourhood bar' atmosphere. Located in the vibrant Covent Garden, we pride ourselves on sustainable practices and a product-focused approach. We’re looking for a skilled Bartender with a strong understanding of mixed drinks and round-building to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll craft quality drinks and uphold the high standards our bar strives for. You will play an important part in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable bar service for both guests and the team. Your responsibilities will include quickly and precisely serving a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to the highest standards of flavour and quality consistency. You will demonstrate precise attention to detail in cocktail batching, making, and garnishing. Delivering exceptional guest service with warmth and professionalism is essential. You will keep the bar neat, clean, and fully stocked throughout service. Collaboration with the bar team and Kevin Armstrong of Satan's Whiskers will bring creativity and consistency to the cocktail menu. You will follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to uphold a safe and welcoming environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience in a cocktail bar or high-end restaurant environment.
