About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join our successful and growing Bid Team at Aramark UK. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with people, loves bringing structure to complex projects, and wants to develop a career within business development, sales support, or bid management. Our Bid Team plays a key role in securing new business and retaining some of the UK's most exciting catering, hospitality, workplace, education, defence, and facilities management contracts. No two days are the same – one day you could be coordinating a bid for a major sporting venue, the next supporting a university, workplace client, or public sector opportunity. You'll be joining a supportive, high-performing team that genuinely enjoys working together. Requirements

Experience
Experience in a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator, Sales Administrator, Commercial Administrator, Proposal Coordinator, or similar role. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication skills. Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience maintaining CRM systems and reporting data. Experience using SharePoint for document management. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

About you
Highly organised and able to bring structure to complex projects. Enjoys working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different teams including Bid Managers, Business Development, Operations, Finance, HR, ESG, Legal, and others. Motivated to develop a career in business development, sales support, or bid management. Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required; however, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
