About the Role
As our Brand and Content Manager, you will be the engine behind the day-to-day content pipeline and brand channels for Arbor and the wider Arbor School Management Suite. Working closely with product marketing, demand generation, and commercial teams, you will turn complex customer insights and internal expertise into clear, compelling stories that build brand trust and drive demand. Whether publishing blog posts, designing quick-turn social assets, or scaling output with AI workflows, you will own the end-to-end production of content that lands with impact across all our owned channels.
Core responsibilities
Content & Thought Leadership: Produce draft-to-publish content across our brands, including blogs, case studies, gated content, white papers, emails, and social posts. Act as an expert writer and editor, translating customer interviews and internal knowledge into authoritative, credible copy. Support flagship content initiatives for Arbor and help establish equivalent campaigns across other suite brands. Repurpose long-form assets into engaging, short-form formats across multiple marketing channels. Partner with Demand Gen on gating strategy, launch sequencing, and nurture campaigns to hit termly content lead and pipeline targets. Collaborate with Product Marketing to map product messaging directly to key buyer personas. Create on-brand visual assets using Canva and AI tools.
Owned Channels & Brand Governance: Own day-to-day web publishing across the Arbor suite websites, managing blog posts, landing page updates, and cross-business content requests. Run organic LinkedIn posting and engagement for our brands, while supporting key internal voices across the business. Execute group SEO and AI Engine Optimisation (AEO) workflows, tracking organic visibility and AI-referral growth. Seed content within the Arbor Community platform to deepen engagement with our user base. Protect and champion Arbor brand guidelines, keeping our asset libraries updated and flagging off-brand work. Support the delivery of print and event collateral, including supplier coordination.
Measurement, Reporting & Modern Ways of Working: Track and report on gated content leads, webinar attendance, asset downloads, web sessions, and AI-driven referrals. Embed AI-assisted workflows into your daily routine to compress production timelines and raise overall output quality. Oversee freelancer and agency support, managing briefs and maintaining strict quality control.
