About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Brand Specialist to join our dynamic field sales team representing Tatcha, a modern Japanese luxury skincare brand inspired by timeless beauty rituals. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised consultations and expert product recommendations. You will achieve sales targets and KPI objectives, contributing to the continued growth of the brand. Building trusted, lasting relationships with retail teams and store managers will be key, as well as educating and coaching store teams to build their confidence in our brands and products. You will support product launches, in-store events, and brand activations while maintaining high standards of brand presentation and execution across your territory. Sharing feedback and insights to enhance the customer experience and drive business performance will also be part of your responsibilities.

Experience
Previous experience in the beauty industry and retail environment is essential. Experience working with Sephora or within a department store environment would be an advantage.
