About the Role
Join Lambeth Council at an exciting time as we transform Building Control in line with the Building Safety Act and the establishment of the Building Safety Regulator. We are seeking a confident and qualified Registered Building Inspector (RBI) at Class 2A or above to join our dynamic and supportive team. This role involves carrying out plan assessments and site inspections on a wide variety of projects, working independently with support available when needed. You will contribute to delivering an outstanding service to our customers while progressing your career with access to CPD, mentoring, and training. Lambeth offers a flexible working environment combining remote, site, and office-based work with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible hours. Experience
Strong experience in Building Control including site inspections and plan assessments. Proven technical knowledge of Building Regulations and associated guidance.

Qualifications
