About the Role
Programme start date: June 2027. Our Summer Business Analyst Internship Programme has been crafted to simulate our Business Graduate Programme so that you can understand what a career with London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) would really be like. LSEG is at the forefront of trading services – a fundamental part of the financial and transactional services that support and enhance the development of businesses and economies across the world. Join LSEG’s Markets division and be part of a dynamic team that powers global financial markets and helps organisations navigate risk with confidence.
This internship programme brings together our Capital Markets and Post Trade businesses to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions—from raising and trading capital across asset classes and geographies, to clearing and optimising portfolios, to managing regulatory, reputational and financial risk. Whether it’s enabling companies to list and grow on the London Stock Exchange, supporting seamless post-trade operations, or delivering trusted data and tools like World-Check and identity verification services, you’ll be at the heart of the financial ecosystem.
You’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge platforms like FXall and Tradeweb, work with clients across the globe, and help shape the future of financial markets. This is a great opportunity for students studying a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics subject to apply their skills to a business-related role. During the recruitment process, we will get to know your skills and interests and how they align with the needs of the business to place you in your first rotation.
These are real roles. Our 9 weeks summer interns play a part in the success of our organisation, just like they would as a graduate.
At LSEG, we provide our employees with a comprehensive benefits portfolio as part of a competitive total rewards package. Our benefit plans are designed to supplement the financial, emotional and physical wellbeing of our employees and their families at all stages of their life. We encourage an appreciative, collaborative and inclusive culture that promotes employee and organisational wellbeing. Benefits include:

- Financial Wellbeing: Life Insurance; Income protection; Pension

We believe hybrid working makes more possible and recognise difference as a good thing. Everyone will spend time with colleagues in the office (3 days), but you’ll be trusted to work flexibly, in a way that delivers excellence.
LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider. Our purpose is driving financial stability, empowering economies and enabling customers to create sustainable growth. Our values of Integrity, Partnership, Excellence and Change underpin our purpose and set the standard for everything we do, every day.
