About the Role
As part of LSEG Enterprise AI, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap and delivery of the foundational platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable and governed AI expansion across the LSEG product portfolio. You will enable engineering teams to rapidly build AI-powered products on a common enterprise platform, ensuring a market-leading AI experience for LSEG’s customers.

You will own product direction for enterprise AI platform capabilities including AI Gateway, MCP SDK, IAM, orchestration, scale and shared platform services. Partnering closely with Engineering, you will deliver secure, scalable and highly available platform capabilities, establish platform standards, APIs and reusable services that accelerate AI product development across LSEG.

In this role, you will drive enterprise adoption of common AI infrastructure and developer tooling, collaborate with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and Responsible AI standards, and work closely with product teams across LSEG to understand platform requirements and prioritise roadmap investments.

You will define success metrics and monitor platform adoption, operational performance and developer experience. Engaging with strategic technology partners and cloud providers, you will shape platform capabilities and leverage emerging AI technologies. Your contributions will support LSEG's long-term Enterprise AI strategy by delivering foundational capabilities that enable innovation at scale.

Experience
- Significant experience in Product Management, Platform Product Management or Developer Platform products.
- Strong understanding of AI platforms, LLM ecosystems, MCP Servers, API gateways, orchestration frameworks and enterprise security.
- Experience delivering enterprise software platforms, APIs or cloud-native services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Preferred: Exposure to financial data, analytics systems and enterprise-scale data workflows.
- Familiarity with BI tools, metrics stores, distributed tracing and monitoring stacks.
- Experience working within large-scale, regulated technology environments is preferred.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
