The Corporate Engineering AI (CE AI) team at LSEG is the central platform delivery function for the internal agentic AI ecosystem. The team’s mission is to scale safe, high-quality AI capabilities across the enterprise by providing shared platforms, governance, and delivery support. Key platforms include LSEG AI Assist, the Question Answering Service (QAS), and the Internal MCP Gateway.

As a Technical Architect within the CE AI team, you will own and maintain solution design documentation, drive architecture governance, and engage with stakeholders across Cyber, Risk, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to ensure solutions meet security, resilience, scalability, observability, and compliance requirements. You will represent solutions in governance forums, maintain traceability between design and implementation, and collaborate closely with ML, Quality, and SRE teams to ensure production readiness.

Experience
Proven experience owning architecture artefacts within a governed enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of architecture governance processes and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to translate complex AI/ML designs into clear, comprehensive documentation.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles including security, cloud, data management, and resilience.
Familiarity with large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic system architectures and associated risks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications
Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience in software architecture, AI/ML systems, or related fields are desirable.
