About the Role
This role leads the Enterprise Product-Led Tooling workstream, shaping and delivering the strategic tooling ecosystem that underpins LSEG’s Product-Led Transformation. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Priority Areas, enterprise enablers, engineering, product management, finance, architecture, and transformation leadership to implement a consistent, scalable, and effective tooling landscape.
As Senior Manager, Product-Led Tooling, you will define, deliver, and scale the enterprise tooling ecosystem supporting end-to-end product workflows. Responsibilities include shaping MVP releases, standardising ways of working, managing integrations, governing product workflows, and ensuring enterprise onboarding of teams into the new tooling model. Success requires a strong product mindset, technical depth, change leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across LSEG.
Key activities include leading tooling MVP iterations across enterprise tools such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, Confluence, Asana, GitLab, Snowflake, ServiceNow, and Service Cloud; managing enterprise work hierarchies aligned with business and product hierarchies; partnering with Product-Led Transformation, Group Investment Management, Engineering, Operations, and other functions to design workflows, governance, and supporting processes; leading onboarding waves including stakeholder engagement, migration, adoption planning, training, and organisational change management; governing standards for backlog management, OKRs, roadmapping, funding workflows, reporting, and integrated delivery metrics; coordinating governance and cross-workstream forums to ensure alignment and decision-making; providing transparency of priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress for senior leadership; managing vendor interactions including licensing, commercial approvals, implementation timelines, and support models; and ensuring compliance with audit, security, and data governance requirements.
