About the Role
This is a talent pipelining opportunity with no immediate vacancy, aimed at building a pool for future openings. As an Associate Customer Success Manager – Risk, you will play a post-sales role connecting LSEG’s most strategic clients to our solutions. You will drive successful adoption and expansion of workflow solutions within assigned accounts to increase value creation and revenue retention. Collaborating with key business decision makers, you will design and implement success plans, assist in reducing competitive risk, and identify growth opportunities. By transforming clients’ businesses through user adoption of LSEG’s suite of solutions, you will create optimal conditions for renewal and upsell growth.
Your responsibilities will include defining business outcomes and orchestrating comprehensive success plans that include customer objectives, partners, milestones, risks, and metrics. You will build and maintain strong relationships with business decision makers and users to influence adoption. Leveraging your Governance, Risk & Compliance expertise, you will educate customers on relevant functionality and content to increase usage and product adoption for Risk products. You will develop and execute retention strategies in cooperation with Account Team members, interpret usage data to mitigate cancellations and identify value optimization opportunities, and deliver tailored engagements such as workshops and info days to increase customer value and intimacy. Additionally, you will guide customers to support channels as part of the value LSEG provides.
Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in Governance, Compliance and Risk workflows. Experience in specialist roles related to customer onboarding, KYC, AML, and other Risk & Compliance functions is essential. Expert knowledge of Compliance & Risk in financial institutions, including best practices and related EU regulations such as KYC and AML, is required. Experience with AML name/payment screening products is also important.
Technology-savvy with the ability to work on open-platform projects and collaborate with Fintech companies and partners. Understanding of financial markets, industry trends, and customers' business models across banking, capital markets, corporate treasury, and other financial industries is expected.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, or related fields of study.
