Basic salary of £27,788 per annum plus £3,000 London weighting. Expected OTE: £32,566 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available

About the Role
Join Rentokil Pest Control as a Graduate Pest Control Technician and make a difference by solving problems and helping customers. No prior experience is necessary as full industry-leading training is provided. You will start by covering a specific geographical area for 6-12 months, inspecting customer premises for signs of pests, identifying risks, and resolving pest issues by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour. You will also provide advice on maintenance and hygiene, complete accurate reports after every visit, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image.
Following this initial period, you will have the opportunity to choose your career path within Rentokil, with options including Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager. Experience
No prior experience required. Full training provided. Successful candidates have included graduates with science-based, business management, or social science degrees.

About you
- A minimum 2:2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality, or Tourism.
- A strong desire to work hard and enjoy meeting and interacting with customers daily.
- Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
- You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
