Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with an increased salary.
Salary
Basic salary of £27,788 per annum with £3,000 London weighting. Expected OTE: £32,566 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.
About the Role
Join Rentokil Pest Control as a Graduate Pest Control Technician and make a difference by solving problems and helping customers. No prior experience is necessary as full industry-leading training is provided. You will start by covering a specific geographical area for 6-12 months, inspecting customer premises for signs of pests, identifying risks, and resolving pest issues by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour. You will also provide advice on maintenance and hygiene, complete accurate reports after every visit, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image.

Experience
No prior experience required. Successful candidates typically hold a minimum 2:2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality, or Tourism.
About you
You should have a strong desire to work hard and enjoy meeting and interacting with customers daily. Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs is essential. You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
