About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-impact team within Nest Insight, a leading voice on financial security issues for low and moderate income households. As Business Change Lead on a fixed term contract, you will support the Managing Director and Leadership team through a period of transition and growth. Your role will involve evaluating and shaping the team’s capabilities, accountabilities, structure, and ways of working to maintain a strong culture while enhancing efficiency and impact.

You will address key questions such as whether the team has the right skills and development plans, clarity of accountabilities, optimal organisation for efficiency, effective communication across an expanding team, knowledge sharing without slowing delivery, cultural initiatives to support staff wellbeing and performance, and the use of systems and tools to improve operations.

Working closely with the MD, leadership, and all teams across Nest Insight, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change and ensuring the team continues to deliver maximum impact in its research and innovation work supporting financial security.

Experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering people change projects, target operating model projects, or other strategic change initiatives.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a pragmatic and analytical approach.
