About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, high impact team at Nest Insight, a leading voice on financial security issues facing low and moderate income households. As Business Change Lead on a fixed term contract, you will support the Managing Director and Leadership team through a period of transition, helping to evolve ways of working and the operating model to maintain a strong culture while increasing efficiency and impact.

You will work closely with all teams across Nest Insight to address key questions such as team capabilities, accountabilities, team structure, leadership and delivery forums, communication and collaboration, knowledge sharing, culture development, and systems and tools to enhance team operations.

Nest Insight is a public-benefit research and innovation centre established by Nest Corporation in 2016. The team conducts rigorous, cutting-edge research to support financial security for low- and moderate-income workers, collaborating with industry and academic partners. The team of around 25 is passionate, innovative, and committed to flexible, creative, and collaborative working.

Experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering people change projects, target operating model projects, or other strategic change initiatives.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing complex change.
